Gramma Chris' Pineapple, Sausage & Meatballs
This recipe is apparently one from Erin's fond childhood memories of her parents entertaining prowess. Everyone loved this the LAST time, lets make it again... and again...and again.... You get the picture. Ahhh, how nostalgia makes things taste good again! We made it for the superbowl and it was as good as Erin remembered! Enjoy!--Tony K.
Pineapple, Sausage & Meatballs

1 Package Mini Smokies
1/2 bag Prepared Meatballs
1 can Pineapple Chunks
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Corn Starch

1 Tbsp Chicken Bouillon
3 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Minced Ginger

Directions: Pour syrup into saucepan. Mix with brown sugar, corn starch and bouillon. Stir in soy sauce, ginger and vinegar. Cook until sauce thickens and boils
Pour over meatballs, sausage and pineapple chunks. Bake at 350 for about thirty minutes uncovered.
