Very Merry Hot Cocoa Mix
Sophie and Emmett gave this as their teacher gifts this year, so it must be good. Would we jeopardize our children's education on account of a lousy gift!

1 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 1/4 c. sugar
6oz semi-sweet chocolate, coursely chopped

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions: In food processor with knife blade, blend unsweetened cocoa, sugar and salt until almost smooth. Store in a tightly sealed container for up to six months.
To make hot cocoa: For each serving, in a microwave safe mug, mix about 3 tablespoons cocoa mix with one cup milk. Microwave on high for 11/2 to 2 minutes or until hot and blended. Swirl whipped cream on top and enjoy!
